Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and scope

These terms form an agreement between you and the operator of the platform regarding your use of the platform services, including creating, editing, publishing, sharing and entering worlds; gate connections between worlds; coins, titles and membership; and community features such as friends, groups and notifications.

By registering, signing in or using the platform services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the services.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, form the complete agreement between you and the platform: the collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy, and limitations of liability and disclaimers are governed by the Disclaimer. All three have the same effect.

2. Your account

You must register with a lawful and valid email address or phone number, and keep your account and password secure. All activity carried out through your account is deemed to be yours, and you are responsible for it.

Your account is for your own use only and may not be transferred, rented, lent or sold. If you notice unusual activity or a security risk, change your password promptly and contact us through the platform’s feedback channels.

3. Content you create

The worlds, text, images, audio and other content you create on the platform (“User Content”) remain yours. You grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, share, test-run, cache, back up and transmit User Content across worlds as necessary to provide the services.

You represent that you hold lawful rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, reputation, privacy or other lawful rights of others. You are responsible for any disputes arising from your User Content.

4. Publishing, sharing and world connections

Publicly published worlds can be browsed, entered, favourited, liked and donated to by others; unlisted worlds are reachable via their share links; private worlds are accessible only to you. Choose visibility settings carefully and keep share links safe.

Gate connections between worlds take effect only with the consent of both authors. Once connected, items agreed by both sides may be carried between the worlds and related data is transferred under platform rules. You may disconnect, unpublish or delete your worlds at any time; deleting a world also deletes its progress and associated data.

5. Coins, membership and payment

Coins, titles, avatar frames and membership are virtual services within the platform. They are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coins may be obtained through daily login rewards, coin packs and other methods, and are used for specific platform features.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless required by law or stated otherwise by the platform, purchased virtual services are non-refundable. The platform may adjust prices and benefits; benefits already purchased before an adjustment remain as agreed at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform for unlawful or infringing activity, including but not limited to: publishing content prohibited by law; infringing the rights of others; fraud, harassment, hate or violence; distributing malicious code; circumventing billing, rate limits or security mechanisms; bulk registration, abusing interfaces or disrupting the operation of the platform; or, for any purpose and by any means or technology, parsing platform data, circumventing platform mechanisms, modifying or destroying platform data, or extracting improper benefits through the platform.

Where these rules are violated, the platform may, depending on the circumstances, take one or more of the following measures: warnings; feature restrictions; freezing or deleting worlds; freezing the account’s social features (friends, groups, chat, etc.); freezing the account; deleting the account. The platform is not liable for losses of world data, progress or virtual items resulting from such measures, except as required by law. Suspected criminal activity will be referred to the competent authorities in accordance with the law.

7. Changes and termination

The platform may adjust, suspend or terminate parts of the services as its business requires. Where a change materially affects your rights, the platform will provide advance notice through in-site announcements or similar means.

You may stop using the services at any time, or close your account through the means the platform provides. After closure, data will be deleted or anonymised under platform rules, except where retention is required by law.

These terms may change in response to business developments or legal requirements. The updated terms will be posted on this page and can always be viewed through the “Terms of Service” link in the footer of the home page. You should pay attention to updates; once a change takes effect, your continued use of the platform services means you accept the updated terms.

8. Platform intellectual property

Intellectual property in the platform’s technology, interface design, marks and documentation belongs to the operator or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without permission.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes arising from these terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent people’s court at the operator’s location.
