1. Services provided “as is”
The platform services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding availability, continuity, timeliness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. User content and third-party conduct
Worlds, text, images, audio and settings published by users are the responsibility of their publishers; the copyright and legality of uploaded images, audio and similar data rest with the uploader, and the uploader bears disputes and claims arising from such content infringing the rights of others. The platform does not pre-review all User Content but may act in accordance with law or these terms. You are responsible for the results of entering others’ worlds and using shared items.
3. Enforcement and access restrictions
If you violate the Terms of Service or applicable laws, the platform may take measures such as unpublishing, deleting, restricting access, freezing or deleting worlds, restricting or freezing account features, or freezing or deleting accounts. The platform is not liable for world data, save progress, virtual items or related benefits becoming unavailable, deleted or unrecoverable as a result, except as required by law.
4. World connections
Carrying items across worlds, shared items and connection settings are agreed by the relevant authors. Changes to items, progress or settings caused by disconnection, world deletion, version updates or visibility changes are handled under product rules; the platform is not liable for indirect losses arising from them, except as required by law.
5. Third-party services
Payment, SMS, email, object storage and similar services are provided by third parties. Interruptions, delays or failures of third-party services may affect related features; the platform will make reasonable efforts to coordinate, but is not in breach of contract on that account.
6. Virtual items
Coins, titles, avatar frames and membership are virtual services within the platform. They are not legal tender, securities or property convertible into cash. Their value and scope of use are governed by platform rules.
7. Service and data changes
The platform may change its services, features, rules or data formats at any time. World data may change, be lost or become unavailable due to version updates, feature adjustments, rule changes or technical migrations. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for losses arising from this; for material changes, the platform will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages. For direct losses caused by the platform, liability is capped at the fees you actually paid for the relevant services in the preceding twelve months, except as otherwise required by law.
9. Force majeure
The platform is not liable for service interruptions, data delays or impacts caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, network failures, power outages or policy changes, but will make reasonable efforts to reduce losses and provide timely notice.
10. Notices and contact
If you believe content on the platform infringes your lawful rights, you may notify us through the platform’s feedback channels; we will verify and handle the matter in accordance with law. Updates to this disclaimer will be posted on this page with their update date.
