1. Information we collect

Account information: email address or phone number, username, nickname, password (stored using irreversible hashing), avatar and nameplate settings.

Data you create and use: worlds, drafts and versions, saves and progress, bag items, friend and group relationships, chat and notification records, coins and order records.

Device and log information: IP address, browser type and language, access times, and operation and error logs, used for security, risk control and service improvement.

Payment information: order number, product, amount, payment channel and status. Sensitive payment details such as bank cards and payment accounts are handled by third-party payment providers; the platform does not collect or store them.

2. How we use information

To provide and maintain the services (accounts, world storage, publishing and sharing, world connections, saves, coins and membership), protect account and platform security, process payments and billing, respond to support requests and disputes, perform statistical analysis to improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Storage and retention

Your information is stored on servers located in the People’s Republic of China. We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Sharing and public information

Information about publicly published worlds (world name, description, cover, author’s public name, online counts, etc.) is shown to the public. When your world is connected to another, both sides exchange the information necessary for that feature (such as carryable items and gate positions and states) under the connection agreement.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and notifications such as SMS and email may be delivered by third-party service providers. We do not provide your personal information to third parties except as required by law, by judicial or administrative authorities in accordance with law, or with your consent.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep necessary information such as your sign-in state, language preference and page state. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can clear local storage through your browser settings, though this may require you to sign in again or lose page state.

6. Your rights

To the extent permitted by law, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or request account closure. Some information can be managed directly in account settings; other requests can be made through the platform’s feedback channels.

7. Minors

Minors should use the platform services under the guidance of a guardian. Children under 14 should use the services with a guardian’s consent and guidance; guardians may contact us to handle related information.

8. Security

We protect information through measures such as hashed passwords, access controls and audit logs. However, no internet environment is absolutely secure; please keep your credentials safe and avoid signing in on untrusted devices.
